Niva Property uses cloud based software systems to perform our services and your Personal Information may be stored in these systems for the primary purpose of providing our services to you in the most effective and efficient way. These software systems may have data centres within or outside of Australia. By agreeing to this privacy policy you also agree to the privacy policy of the third party software systems used by our company which include but are not limited to Xero, Asana, RPData, and we reserve the right to alter these systems at any time without notice.
Access to your Personal Information
You may request the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to request your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.
We will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we will require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
